We found the World in University Circle.
Jennifer Souers Chevraux, Mike Chevraux, and their two young girls, Nora and Emilia, are proud members of The Cleveland Museum of Natural History. They spend a great deal of time in University Circle, at The Music Settlement for classes, the museums for fun, and enjoying the countless open public spaces the area has to offer. Why do they come so often? Because University Circle is one big playground for hungry learners, and because getting lost in the wider world here is all part of that thing we like to call finding yourself.
I found a heart in University Circle. (Watch video in playlist above)
Bryan Landry is a Cleveland Clinic heart transplant patient five years strong. After his heart enlarged unexpectedly and 95% of the muscle had to be removed, Bryan became the first successful artificial heart transplant to donor heart transplant at The Cleveland Clinic. He lives a near-normal life in Maryland with his family, thanks to a talented transplant team and his donor's incredible gift.
Each year, more than 2.5 million people find themselves in the Circle. Just 4 miles from downtown Cleveland, University Circle is an extraordinary urban neighborhood, home to more than 20 artistic and cultural venues, as well as a host of year-round special events. Combined with neighboring Little Italy, there are close to 100 dining options from which to choose.
