Endowment Campaign

UCI received a $3 million challenge grant from The Kent H. Smith Charitable Trust toward a $7 million Endowment Campaign to strengthen UCI’s financial position. The Kent H. Smith Charitable Trust felt this was an essential time for UCI to build its financial capacity in order to coordinate the unprecedented number of projects happening in and around the Circle.

 

With over 1,000 new homes, 10,000 new jobs, and $3 billion in development in the Circle over the next 10 years, a strengthened endowment will enable UCI to continue to develop, serve, and advocate for the Circle during this tremendous time of growth.

 

UCI’s endowment is currently valued at $15 million. A successful campaign would increase the value of the fund to $22 million.
