University Circle Ambassadors
Safe. Clean. Attractive.
UCI kicked off its University Circle ambassador program in April 2009. As a pilot program, UCI retained two seasonal employees to take on the major responsibilities of landscape maintenance for the new Euclid Corridor, extending from Lakeview Cemetery on the east to East 105th Street on the west. The ambassadors also keep sidewalk trash and debris to a minimum and remove unsightly graffiti on street light poles and utility boxes.
UCI hopes to expand the program in the coming year in order to provide greater ambassador visibility and assistance through University Circle in its efforts to maintain a clean, safe, and attractive destination.
