We found our home in University Circle.
Alan and Alice Seifullah are residents in University Circle's historic Wade Park neighborhood, and are emblematic of the area's cultural and artistic vibrancy. When Alan got a job with the City of Cleveland thirty years ago, the family of five moved from East Cleveland and have been here ever since. Their interview details some of the couple's favorite spots in the Circle, and how they've come to call this place home as well-known business owners and artists.

This forgivable loan program aims to improve access to affordable housing, assist individuals in wealth building, reduce commute times and costs, and enhance quality of life by offering employees of eligible institutions an opportunity to live and work close to world-class cultural institutions and services. It also seeks to increase awareness of the incredible housing opportunities available in the area.
